Olivera Music Entertainment Partners with Virginia Society of Association Executives (VSAE), providing Music Entertainment & Production Services, Leesburg, Loudoun County, VA

Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010

Olivera Music Entertainment was proud to be the Music Entertainment partner, providing music entertainment and production services, along with Visit Loudoun and the National Conference Center for the Annual Convention of the Virginia Society of Association Executives. For the first time in 16 years, Northern Virginia hosted this prestigious group. Loudoun County pulled out all the stops, showing off the incredible opportunities available to meeting planners in this area, including winery tours, golfing, historic tours, team building and culinary demonstrations.

Olivera worked with Visit Loudoun on a welcome reception at the Lansdowne Resort. The event was a Hunt Country theme. The “Shenandoah Trio” provided fine classical music as guests first entered the Clubhouse Ballroom. In keeping with the theme, the trio switched over to Country and Bluegrass music.

The next evening the National Conference Center hosted a Gala dinner to close the Convention. Pianist Connie Olivera provided background music for cocktails. Sunset Hills Vineyard winemaker Nate Walsh shared his passion for wine and information about the amazing wine pairings he brought to the table with Executive Chef Craig Mason’s fabulous dinner. The Three Waiters surprised guests during dinner with a spectacular show.

Loudoun County is a fantastic place for your next meeting or special event!
