Classical & Soloists

Classical music adds elegance to any occasion, from a wedding ceremony or cocktails, to a corporate reception or dinner.  We pride ourselves on providing refined, well-trained musicians who share the goal of making your event successful.

We have provided Renaissance music at the Folger Shakespeare Library; period Baroque music in Williamsburg; Classical music, featuring Mozart, in the Library of Congress; and Contemporary brass music at the the National Building Museum.

From the elegance of finely refined strings, the heralding sounds of brass, the understated beauty of a solo harp, to the joyous sound of a small chamber orchestra, Olivera Music Entertainment can provide the finest in classical music.

“The music for both our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour was absolutely beautiful. In particular, the ‘Bach Cello Suite No. 1’ solo by the cellist was so moving and brought to tears to my eyes. I would also be remiss if I did not mention their arrangement of ‘Heavy Action’ for our wedding recessional – it was fantastic! We were so thrilled with it, and, as I’m sure you can imagine, it got lots of chuckles and nods of appreciation, especially from many of the men present who recognized it immediately! We would, without a doubt, highly recommend the string group, Connie Olivera, and Olivera Music Entertainment to anyone looking for musicians for their event. Sincerely,”

“Thank you so much for making our Rehearsal Dinner a special event with your beautiful music. Everything about Connie’s (Olivera) performance was perfect, and we received many appreciative comments from our guests. Planning the party from California was a challenge, but from our first conversation with Kevin (Olivera) we were not worried about the music. And the performance itself exceeded our expectations. Thank you from all of us.”
